摘要
This paper presents a new solution of automatic water-saving agricultural irrigation system. Sensors are used to monitor soil entropy, crop growth condition and the humidity of the irrigation region. And the GPRS Data Transmit Unit (GPRS DTU) which uses Rabbit 3000 as control Micro-programmed Control Unit (MCU) is used for wireless data transmission, and the advanced GPRS technique is the communication media. This system can monitor the value of electrical conductivity (EC) and that of the soil's hydrogen ion concentration (PH). The automation management of water and the way of irrigation from traditional full irrigation changing to non-full are achieved This paper places emphasis on the design of the controller, the GPRS DTU and the protocol of the data transfer. Among them the key technologies are the GPRS DTU and the protocol realization.
