摘要
In order to simplify the process and handling of the samples detector-tissue, during the developing of autoradiography process used in BNCT, were herein propose an alternative to conventional techniques. In so we employed: 1.- Thin Makrofol-E and Polyvinil chloride acetate fell as detector and tissue protector respectively. 2.- Two teflon rings to support the samples (detector-protector-tissue) where all the following steps can be carried on minimizing the sample handling. Those rings provide a mechanical support for the external cover of tissue during the etching attack and for the mounting of the glass slide during the microscope observation. 3.- A silicon sealing replacing the glycerol/gelatin is used as tissue protector thus, decreasing the hardening time from 2 days at 4 degreesC to 25 minutes at room temperature. 4.- A drop of fluorescein between the Makrofol E and the slide is included, in order to increasing the track resolution by microscopy.
