摘要
Seventeen lines of the wheat cultivar 'Saratovskaya 29' isogenic for dominant genes marking various wheat chromosomes have been developed. The objective of the development was to introduce these genes into the corresponding monosomic lines of the cultivar. The lines are isogenic for such marker characters as hairy glume, black glume colour, elongated glume, club spike shape, pubescent auricles, red auricles, non-waxiness, purple culm, reduced height, purple pericarp. We expect to introduce some of them into the corresponding monosomic lines soon. The genes for hairy glume (Hg), black glume colour (Bg), elongated glume (Egl), non-waxiness (Wxl(1)), club spike shape (C), pubescent auricles (Pa) have been introduced into the corresponding monosomic lines of 'Saratovskaya 29'. The genes for purple pericarp, Pp1, Pp2, Pp3 and for elongated glume, Egl(P), are located on chromosomes 7B, 6A, 2A and 7AL, respectively. The introduction of other marker genes is currently at various stages of progress.
