Mechanism of R&D team creativity based on knowledge creation and organizational learning

摘要
It has been noted that one of the main changes in the innovation strategies of SMEs (Small-medium Size Enterprises) since the early 2000s have moved towards "learning companies", and the utilization of team creativity as 'knowledge incubators' to improve innovation. The research explores the mechanism of team creativity based on SECI (Socialization, Externalization, Combination, Internationalization) model in Chinese context, and analyzes the influence factors under different dimensionalities of organizational learning to enhance the synergy framework of team creativity. Then, the paper analyzes theory contribution systematically and the enlightenment of R&D team construction of SMEs, and put forward the corresponding policy recommendations. Finally, the paper analyzes the prospect for research in the future.
