MARKET RESEARCH TO IMPROVE USE OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT IN CONSTRUCTION COMPANIES IN ROMANIA

This paper aims achieving a market study to improve the use of project management in construction companies in Romania. To improve the use of project management in construction firms in Romania, we conducted interviews within construction companies in Germany. The results of the interviews will be transferred to the business environment in Romania, in order to improve the use of project management in construction companies. The methodology used to achieve the objectives, use the interview as a research method, conducted in the field of construction companies in Germany, with people directly involved in the activity of Project Management. Upon completion of interviews in firms in the construction industry we see that it is necessary to develop a different research tool, the questionnaire, for further research and improvement. The results obtained after the completion of market study, on a sample of firms in the construction sector in Germany, will be disseminated in the economic environment in Romania.
