摘要：

The construction industry is one of the popular industries of China's national economy. With the implementation of reform and opening up policy, the sub-contract project has come to appear in china's construction market. And it develops more and more quickly. In the article I analyse the sub-contract condition in china's construction market and point out its existing problems, such as: the corresponding laws being not definite, the building quality being low there being no consensus between the contractor and sub-contractor. After that, we give several measures to improve the condition according to the problems.
