摘要
A catalyst-controlled selective functionalization of 8-aminoquinolines with N-fluorobenzenesulfonimide (NFSI) has been developed. The use of GTP-Cu catalysts leads to C-N coupling products and whereas the C-F coupling reaction is dominant for GPT-Ni catalysis. Importantly, the GPT-Cu and GPT-Ni catalysts exhibit good catalytic activity and selectivity for C-N or C-F coupling reaction. In addition, it was found that both catalysts still have good activity for coupling reaction after fifth recycle experiment.
