摘要：

Law is closely linked to our life. The rule by law and the construction of legal system country is not only the important content of building socialism with Chinese characteristics but also is the mature socialist symbols. The fourth of the plenum of the eighteen of the Chinese Communist Party passed on Comprehensively Advancing the Rule by law of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Certain Major issue Decision, and on "December4, 2014" to determine the first "National Constitution Day". Within the scope of the whole society to carry out the constitutional education generally, carry forward the spirit of the constitution, has marked the legalization process into the fast lane. Among teachers and students in colleges carrying out legal consciousness, carrying forward the spirit of rule of law society, boosting the great rejuvenation of the "Chinese Dream" undoubtedly has important practical significance.
