摘要
The casing of an axial flux motor is designed to house its internal components, seeking to reduce the material used and the size of the equipment. Firstly, active magnetic parts geometry (stator and rotor) are proposed by analytical and finite element analysis. Then, geometries are proposed for the parts that make up the case, and the characteristics of the engine components. Subsequently, a model is proposed for simulations are carried out using finite elements, which allow evaluating heat generation and dis-placements during its operation. The results show that the maxi-mum rotor temperature is 164 degrees C, higher than expected. The displacements are acceptable, mainly, considering that the air gap with the largest decrease is 1.2 mm.
