摘要
The effective cross-functional integration has become one of the key factors to decide the success or failure of product innovation, so how to promote cross-functional integration from the perspective of HRM is particularly critical. This paper, based on the analysis of the barriers to cross-functional innovative integration, will discuss the strategies to promote cross-functional innovative integration from the perspective of human resources.
