摘要
Series hybrid electric vehicle have potential in effectively reducing vehicle fuel consumption and exhaust emissions. In this paper, three refinements of the basic energy management strategy are discussed and compared with its basic energy management strategy to test their effect on fuel reduction of a series hybrid transit bus. Simulation and experimentation results show that these refinements of basic energy management strategy can improve vehicle fuel consumption evidently.
