摘要
Based on 1233 groups of the valid data in listed companies for the samples, a regression model is constructed between the characteristics of the executive team and R&D investment with the executive equity incentive as an adjustment variable. Studies have shown that: (1) the characteristics of the executive team affect the company's R&D investment significantly; (2) equity incentive is significantly positive related to the R&D intensity; (3) equity incentive has played a significant adjustment to the relationship between executives characteristics and the R&D intensity, equity incentive has played a half regulation. Finally, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.
