摘要：
Hantzsch condensation of 1-thiocarbamoyl-3-methyl-4-(arylhydrazono)-2-pyrazolin-5-one 3 with appropriate alpha-bromo carbonyl compounds 4 afforded the corresponding thiazole derivatives 5a-k. The new compounds have been tested for the biological activity.
