摘要
Radiofrequency (RF) ablation is a highly effective procedure for curative treatment of different types of tachycardias. It requires a complex set of different devices. Handling of such systems needs intensive training of electrophysiologists, specialized medical technicians and biomedical engineering students. To master the equipment and becoming familiar with the different aspects of various RF ablation procedures is a challenge. Therefore, in-vitro Teaching System was established to enable detailed hands-on trainings in RF ablation.
