摘要
Every asset is of great value for a company and this is not an exception for a trademark as one form of assets. Trade mark represents a specific kind of assets which, despite its intangibility, can influence company's results significantly. Its power is obvious for example in higher sales of a company, in a possibility to quote prices, or in the size of the profits from licence selling. Currently, its ownership is not only the question of prestige but also the quality guarantee and guarantee of other issues which are of great value not only for the customers but also for the company itself. In addition, trade mark and its value represent an asset which, in the future, can evidently acquire another kind of assets for a company.
