摘要
An electrochemical glassy carbon electrode (GCE) modified with a composite film of carboxylated multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) and chitosan has been constructed in this paper. It shows excellent electro-catalytic activity toward the electrochemical oxidation of salbutamol sulfate in phosphate buffer. The oxidation peak currents of the electrode are linearly correlated to the concentration of salbutamol sulfate in the range of 0.50-40 mu mol/L with a detection limit of 0.086 mu mol/L. The electrode possesses a nice recovery of 96.71-106.4% with good reproducibility, stability, selectivity and long lifetime for salbutamol sulfate aerosol samples in comparison with spectrophotometric method, indicating that it is a feasible method for rapid determination of pharmaceutical samples containing salbutamol sulfate.
