摘要：
The pace of aging in China is getting faster and faster, but the pension institutions are developing slowly. The elderly services and pension methods are facing various challenges such as the rapid aging, insufficient funds supply, social pension pressure, low quality of service, and so on. The PPP model can be used to effectively accelerate the development of pension institutions. Based on the analysis of the development of China's pension institutions, this paper probes into the PPP model of the construction of pension institutions, and puts forward the countermeasures for building and developing China's pension institutions with the PPP model.
