摘要
Signal extraction is one of the key problems in micromachined gyroscope's design and manufacture. The sensed signal is rather weak because of the reduced structure size, and it is submerged in the strong noise-ground. Some chaotic systems are with the properties of high sensitivity to the signal with fixed frequency. In the article, the signal processing principle using chaotic dynamics is described, and in order to determine the transition point from chaotic state to periodic, a Duffing system is analyzed by using the numerical method of 4th Rounge-Kutta. The noised signal, in which the noise amplitude is 10(4) times of the detected signal, is as the input of the chaotic system, but the weak signal still can be detected. The signal with other frequency closed to the above mentioned is investigated, it's shown that the system is with the immunity to other frequency. it can be seen from the experiment that the detected signal is well agree with the expected.
