摘要：
Well-developed framework for website quality evaluation can help to understand the construction of website quality dimensions. Based on an extensive literature review, this paper presents a general review of theoretical and empirical study on website quality evaluation. We introduce the current research from the following points respectively: researches based on the theory of IT and software evolution; researches based on the experts? view; researches based on the user's perceived quality and the quality evaluation of total process of electronic commerce. Then we commented on the results of the empirical researches, and finally gave a prospect on the further study on website evaluation theory and method.
