摘要
The paper presents results of characterization of inkjet 3D printed microcantilevers. Determination of mechanical properties of microstructures is a key issue towards application of the structures in the 3D printed sensors or actuators. Micro cantilevers with different length and thicknesses were designed, printed and characterized. Obtained results were compared to the computer simulations. Knowledge on the mechanical properties of 3D printed microcantilevers will allow to predict and evaluate the behavior of future designed structures applied in microsensors, microactuators.
