摘要
Processes of structure formation have been studied in Al-Si and Al-Fe castings produced by remelting in molten halides. The effects of the composition and time-temperature characteristics of the ionic medium on the phase composition and structure of metallic materials have been considered. It has been shown that addition of manganese oxide into the salt melt of an optimum composition makes it possible to efficiently alloy the alloys with manganese to 2.5% and to neutralize the adverse effect of iron due to the transfer of the latter into manganese-containing aluminides.
