摘要
This paper presents the main management styles available for the special structures in an audiovisual communication system. The last chapter details the failure of two megamedia mergers, occurred early in the 21-st century: the union of America Online (AOL) and Time Warner, followed, a few months later, by Vivendi with Seagram Universal.
