摘要
In this study, we developed a plantar pressure distribution measuring system with 6720 piezoresistive pressure sensors array. The system consists of a pressure sensors array for sensing plantar pressure, a signal conditioning and data transmission circuit, a microcontroller with the ARM kernel for controlling the operation of the hardware circuit, a master computer for receiving the plantar pressure data, and a visual data processing program for displaying the graphics data of plantar pressure. This system is designed to measure the static and dynamic plantar pressure, and demonstrates plantar pressure distribution with contour maps. This paper describes the design method and the working principle of the system, and the good agreement between practical measurements and plantar pressure distribution of normal Chinese proves that the design method is reliable.
