Design and implementation of a system for measuring unbalance signals of crankshafts

摘要
A signal analysis of dynamic unbalance of crankshafts is made, and signal acquisition and processing methods for the dynamic unbalance that are easily implemented in hardware and software are presented. On this basis, a system is developed for measuring unbalance signals of crankshafts, in which an industrial control computer is selected as a platform. The construction, measuring principle and features of the system are described. In the final, measurement results are given.
