摘要
Incentive to R&D force is the key problem of the enterprise development during innovation. This paper analyzes the problems of the compensation incentive to R&D force in China based on the questionnaire, and presents an improved suitable long-term compensation incentive model based on incentive theory, agency theory and principles of reward incentive under asymmetric information.
