摘要：
The paper constructs the E-commerce websites niche system, and predicts the ecological evolution of websites by the Dual-track Gene Model which is a model in Ecology. Provide a effective, quantity new way for the research on reasonable assessment, evolution predictions, formulating correct development strategies and improving competitiveness of e-commerce websites.
