摘要
This paper reports on the preparation of organized Ti nanorods by a combination of two electrochemical processes: (i) an anodization of Ti metal in a fluoride-containing aqueous solution to produce self-organized TiO2 nanotubes, and (ii) a cathodic reduction of the TiO2 nanotubes in molten LiCl-KCl-CaCl2 at 773 K. The final product was confirmed to be basically organized metallic Ti nanorods with diameters around 100 nm by X-ray diffractometry, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, and field-emission scanning electron microscopy.
