摘要
This qualitative research explores the issues and challenges that nonprofit organization executives contended with as a consequence of Hurricane Katrina. Through interviews with 10 executive directors of small and medium-size nonprofit, community-based organizations in New Orleans, this study examined the critical issues, coping strategies, and lessons the executives learned as they sought to reestablish their nonprofit organizations in the aftermath of the disaster.
