摘要：
Nowadays, there exist some problems yet to be solved in the exploratory progress of mercerization of public service. Therefore, the government should strengthen the leadership, supervision to enhance the service quantity towards realms suitable to mercerization; the government should provide the public service to enhance the efficiency towards realms that are not suitable to mercerization and then make the great efforts to cultivate some social medi-organizations in order to realize the plural supply of the public service.
