摘要
Outsourcing of public service started relatively late in China, and a large number of problems arise inevitably in the operation. The lack of government accountability mechanism directly leads poor benefits of outsourcing public services. Thus, it is necessary to enhance the research of government accountability mechanism for outsourcing of public service. The research will help to consummate and improve the supervision system of government in choosing contractors, signing contracts and service operations. Meanwhile, it will help to promote the Third Sector to improve quality of the public services efficiently. In accordance with basic principles of accountability mechanism of public service outsourcing, this article designs an accountability mechanism of public service outsourcing. At last, it provides suggestions on how to operate the mechanism.
