Research on Human Resource Hierarchical Structure Management:a Method to Enhance Human Resource Efficiency

摘要
The human resource of enterprises is usually divided into junior staff, intermediate staff and senior staff. When the amount of wage is limited, the enterprises can not afford the senior staff and intermediate staff if the number of them is superabundant. So controlling relative stable human resource structure is absolutely necessary for enterprises. but how to deal with it? In my paper, I try to analyse this problem through a model based on markov chain in order to find a method to enhance human resource efficiency At the same time. I introduce an example to forecast and control human resource hierarchical structure. The result of this example indicates that the method is practical and reasonable.
