摘要
There are a lot of wastes in the current construction process, leading to low-efficiency and waste of resources. Elimination of waste itself is a means of pursuing the maximum value, and is of great significance to the construction industry. An increasing number of international organizations and agencies have started their lean construction research and practice. Their practice experiences have proved that lean construction is one of the most effective tools for eliminating wastes. Lean principles of eliminating waste include Pull-Just In Time (JIT) production, the Last Planner System and Team Work. In this paper, these three principles are going to be discussed; which will help people in implementing lean construction in practice.
