摘要：
The status and resent developments of the Norwegian Balloon and Sounding Rocket Program are presented with emphasis on the national scientific activities. The main part of the Norwegian activities is sounding rocket launches from Andoya Rocket Range with the scientific aims to investigate processes in the middle and upper atmosphere. The in situ measurements are supplemented by a large number of ground-based support instruments. The ongoing and planned projects are described in some detail and the highlights of the latest completed projects are given. The scientific program for the period 1996-2000 will be reviewed. New infrastructure under development to support the Norwegian Space Science program will be introduced with special emphasis on the activities at Svalbard.
