摘要
The events of late mitosis, from sister-chromatid separation to cytokinesis, are governed by the anaphase-promoting complex (APC), a multisubunit assembly that triggers the ubiquitin-dependent proteloysis of key regulatory proteins. An intricate regulatory network governs Ape activity and helps to ensure that late mitotic events are properly timed and coordinated.
