摘要：
The requirement of low-carbon in economic development in the Three Gorges Region is increasing. Private enterprises are actively participating in the construction of low-carbon economy projects. However,,the low-carbon development of private enterprises faces several problems, including structure of industries, energy supply, investment, technical level, awareness of low-carbon development, and service system. To improve development of private economy in the low-carbon economic environment, seizing the opportunities brought by the Three Gorges project, we discuss the strategies to solve the above problems.
