This article focuses on steps taken by BT in over seven years of experience with process management. It considers learning points and areas of success, and provides a unique insight towards a process re-engineering vision bst discussing practical steps being taken to computerise key, elements of-design, activity based management (modelling), process re-engineering, decision making and instant measurement and analysis.
