摘要
Based on the background of geographically distributed software project, this paper, from the perspective of customers, divides customer participation into three dimensions and studies the influence of customer participation and customer demand management ability on the process agility of software development. According to China's software developers as the research object, through the establishment of theoretical models, path analysis, then used of SPSS software for related verification and regression analysis. The results show that three dimensions of customer participation and customer demand management ability are positively correlated with process agility of software development teams. Customer demand plays a mediating role in customer participation and process agility.
