摘要
Taking public listed food companies in China stock market as the study sample, the strategic positioning issue of China food industry is studied. Relevant data from 2004 to 2013 are collected and analyzed. It's found that the competitive environment changes obviously and China food companies have been improving a lot in financial strength, technology strength and market share. The strategic positioning of most food companies has transformed from passive defense strategy to active competitive strategy.
