摘要
We report on a fully-integrated lab on a chip (LOC) on a thin-film transistor (TFT) glass substrate that integrates digital microfluidic array for droplet manipulation, on-chip resistive heater and temperature sensor for biochemical amplification reaction, on-chip optical sensor for fluorescence detection, and transimpedance preamplifier for signal amplification. The proposed LOC is manufactured in an industrial-standard TFT-LCD production line, making it very cost-effective and promising for disposable point-of-care testing (POCT) applications.
