摘要
PVA: NaAlg with NH4SCN(different wt. %) solid polymer electrolytes(SPE) were prepared by solution casting technique. XRD and FTIR investigations confirmed, polymer's amorphous character and complexation with salt. The Nyquist plot of PVA: NaAlg: NH4SCN(15 wt.%) SPE showed a significant ionic conductivity of 2.27 x 10(-6)S=cm. The relaxation time was1.08 9 10(-4 )s. Linear Sweep Voltammetry studies indicated that prepared SPE have an electro-chemical stability window of 0.7 V. The Cyclic voltammetry investigation exhibited faradaic behavior. Based on these studies, the inclusion of ammonium salt in this reported hybrid polymer blend could be a potential SPE for elec-trochemical devices.
