摘要
Despite extensive research into combating greenhouse gas emis-sions, electrocatalytic CO2 reduction remains plagued by meager rates and C1 product formation. In the April issue of Cell Reports Physical Science, Fan and colleagues report on a catalyst modifica-tion using a synergy effect of K+ to form multi-carbon products on copper.
