摘要
This research aims to identify essential themes to structure a public policy of archival management of digital records. As methodology, the research as to the objective is descriptive of quali-quantitative approach and as to the data collection technique, a systematic literature review was conducted, whose review protocol followed the PRISMA recommendations (Main Items to Report Systematic Reviews and Meta-analyses), when 11 publications retrieved from scientific databases were selected. In the quantitative results, the co-occurrence of the most frequent keywords in the texts written in Portuguese and English was verified. As for the qualitative results, content analysis allowed the identification of six categories about records management, subdivided into themes concerning the main subject of each category. We highlight the category "Relevant issues of records management", which identifies 12 essential issues for digital records management. As a conclusion, the research allowed us to verify aspects of records management that serve as subsidies for the development and implementation of a public policy of archival management of digital records. In addition, we highlight the relevance of the two Brazilian models of requirements specifications as instruments for the consolidation of a public policy of digital records management in Brazil.
