摘要
An efficient one -pot method has been developed to synthesize alkynylsilanes from terminal alkynes by treatment with chlorosilanes and LiN(SiMe3)2. The reaction proceeded smoothly at room temperature, showing a broad substrate scope and good functional group tolerance. The practical application was demonstrated by gram-scale reaction.
