DNA directly extraction from activated sludge andsoil sample with enzyme lyses methods wasinvestigated in this paper. DNA yield from activatedsludge was 3. 0 mg/g. MLSS, and 28. 2-43. 8μg/g soilrespectively. The resulting DNA is suitable for PCR.By studied methods, higher quality and quantity of
