基于在孵企业面板数据的孵化器绩效分析

摘要：
基于孵化互动展开理论分析,探讨孵化互动投入的要素及其作用机理,同时收集216份样本数据通过生存分析展开实证检验。比例风险模型的定量研究表明:孵化互动中,创业者的创业经历、学历以及孵化器的管理人员从业经历、孵化基金、网络界面都是影响在孵企业成功毕业的因素,企业的产业属性也影响在孵企业的成功毕业。Kaplan-Meier法计算表明在孵企业的孵化时间设置过长。
