摘要：

首先对产业兴衰的内涵做了较为详尽的探究,提出了产业有相对兴衰和自然兴衰两重含义。在"新型制造业"理念的引领下,构建了经济创造能力、科技创新能力与环境友好程度三维评价指标体系。从横向和纵向两个角度判断了产业的兴衰程度。并在"成长产业"、"成熟产业"和"衰退产业"中各筛选出了一个典型产业做了中美之间的对比,验证了本文所划分的产业类型的合理性。
