基于混合储能的变惯量虚拟同步耦合控制技术

摘要
若混合储能设备的静止能量拓展为旋转惯量的能量来源,则灵活可控的虚拟同步耦合运行方式,会使电力电子化电力系统的暂态稳定更具可控性。为提高新能源高渗透系统的暂态稳定性,首先建立电池储能、电容储能与同步发电机旋转机械动能间的能量转化关系,使静止混合储能设备具有与系统同步耦合运行的能力。其次,分析由混合储能引入的虚拟惯量对频率稳定和阻尼特性的影响机理,并提出基于混合储能的变惯量虚拟同步耦合控制技术,使静止储能设备在更加灵活的同步耦合运行方式下,转移同步发电机承受的暂态能量,减小系统内旋转机械的频率及功角振荡。最后,利用MATLAB/Simulink搭建含光伏、混合储能高渗透的仿真系统。结果表明,在所提控制策略下,含静止能量的储能设备可显著改善系统的暂态稳定性。
