摘要：
The formation and development of friction welding structures have been investigated on samples of an eutectic aluminum-silicon alloy. Structure formation zones were identified by studying the morphology of the friction surfaces and by temperature measurements. Silicon plates were revealed which influence the mechanical properties of friction welds.
