摘要
The paper shows the effect of the deformation behavior of high-strength cold-rolled sheet metal made of micro- and phosphorus-alloyed steels as well as a dual-phase steel on the geometrical and dimensional accuracy of structural sheet metal parts. Because of a higher yield point, the occurs frequently distinct spring-back resilience which, however, can be compensated for by suitable means. A simple and efficient approach to achieving an improved geometrical and dimensional accuracy consists in pinpointed stress control in the deformation zone.
