摘要：
A general description is given of the hardware and software in a system for outputting hydrometeorological data from an ES computer to microfilm. The Karat microfilm device is used, which is fast, accurate, and uses little computer time. Graphical images of archive data can be used in checking the information or displaying calculations in research. Two examples are given of such display for data taken from archive magnetic tapes.
